  George and Dream town were very helpful as I gave them little time to get me into a new place. Between the places that I could narrow down online and those that George suggested and made appointments for, I was into a place in just over a month! He'll probably kill me for saying this but he was a great help in getting my new hardwood floors installed prior to all of my furniture arriving.

  When My wife and I decided to search for a new condo, the question wasn't who was going to help us find one, but the way we were going to be treated, and we found in George a kind of warm feeling that we didn't feel with any other agent. He was always there for us, always sharing his honest opinion and always very patient with us, I even remember one time I was very late in one of our appointments (about 1 hr or so) and when I arrived to the place to my surprise he was still there waiting for me, very optimistic and excited to do his work, that's when I thought that George had a lot of dedication to his clients and he really made us feel like we were the only clients he had, he even offered to help us to move into the new place. We appreciate the help and attention that George provided to us and 3 months after we bought our condo, George has called us from time to time just to see how we are doing and has offered his help on anything we need. I would recommend his services to anyone especially my friends and family because I know that they are going to get treated with the same treatment that my wife and I got.   What I liked best about George is that he was very calm and patient. He did not pressure me or rush me in anyway and he was not pushing to make a sale or trying too hard, etc. . . He was very natural and is a natural. He also knew exactly where I should start my bidding to end up paying what I could ultimately afford. I would highly recommend George as a realtor.

  My experience with Dream Town was great. I was especially happy to deal with George Synowiec, who was very attentive and professional. He went above and beyond to see that I was content with the service.
  
  For example, when I was looking for a bigger place we saw this unit that I liked but the price was not within my budget so we tried to work with the homeowner but no such luck. I was sad since it was a beautiful unit with a lake view from every room. After two weeks or so he called me back to let me know that unit was still available and we put an offer and now I got it thanks to George. I have worked with other Realtors in the past but have not received the same service that George provides. He gives you 200% and will not settle until you are happy.
